Job Description and Duties

Under the direction and supervision of the Employment Development Administrator (EDA) or Employment Program Manager (EPM) II or III, office assistant will perform a variety of clerical support functions using various electronic and electric office machines, keyboards and video display terminals. Duties include providing switchboard support, locating, processing and filing of correspondence and documents as well as helping with general office related duties such as copying, faxing and special clerical assignments as needed. Demonstrates an awareness of the Department and Branch Vision, Mission, Values, and Goals.

***This is an in office position and is headquartered in San Bernardino County. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.***
