Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for creating innovative marketing strategies. This role includes managing campaigns, creating content, analyzing performance, supporting events, and collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, lead generation, SEO/SEM, email, paid advertising, print, and audio/visual content.
- Set up and administer digital systems to support advertising, lead generation, and CRM management.
- Configure online media campaigns to drive traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
- Create, manage, and monitor content for social media channels including content creation to build engagement and brand awareness.
- Research, write, and edit marketing content such as blogs, advertising copy, landing pages, and emails.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI and KPIs to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to inform strategies, forecasts, and marketing plans.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Development of digital and content strategies that result in engagement and performance.
- Coordinate and support trade shows and industry events, including booth design, materials, and promotions.
- Assist with creative projects, including image design, video content, and other promotional materials.
- Provide marketing administrative support and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
- Provide excellent client services and support
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BS in Marketing or related field, or work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
- Proven experience creating, implementing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and other services.
- Working knowledge with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency with leading marketing tools and platforms; including Adobe Create Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media, Canva, social media management tools, CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to-detail.
- Experience coordinating events is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as necessary
BANK SECRECY ACT REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for adhering to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the bank's customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Bank policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training.
