Business Development Specialist – Home Care Services
Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to support the growth of a leading home care organization in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong referral relationships and generating new business within the home care, home health, or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and grow a network of referral sources including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community partners

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase client census

• Conduct market analysis to identify new service areas and potential partnerships

• Represent the organization at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build community relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

• 2+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience in home care, home health, hospice, or a healthcare-related setting

• Strong existing relationships with referral sources in the Atlanta metro area

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
