Administrative Assistant - Open Enrollment Support
Location: Santa Barbara
Schedule: Monday-Friday 30-40 hours/week
Pay Range: $20-$25/hour
Duration: December-February (Open Enrollment Season)
Type: Temporary On-site Only
Were seeking a sharp reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our HR department during Open Enrollment. This is a short-term opportunity with no potential for permanent placement at this time.
Schedule Details
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Flexible start times: between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
- Lunch: 30 minutes or 1 hour based on preference
Role Overview
This role provides hands-on administrative support during a busy season. Tasks include envelope stuffing data entry and assisting with HR communications. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive information.
Were especially interested in local candidates-perhaps students or individuals with experience in medical offices-who are dependable humble and efficient.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all tasks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Prior administrative experience preferred especially in healthcare settings
- Associates degree or higher preferred but not required
