LPI Assistant
1. Greets visitors 2. Prepares and types letters, simple memos, emails, labels, routine correspondence. 3. Photocopies and/or distributes reports, presentations. 4. Enters information into spreadsheets and databases. 5. Assists in maintaining inventory and orders supplies. 6. Answers phones, routes callers, takes messages. 7. Makes appointments, schedules rooms.

Requisite Qualifications
Typically a high school diploma or equivalent.
No previous experience. Some knowledge of standard office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, email and databases. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills.

$17.28 - $20.30 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
