This role is designed for a highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for project management and a strong, demonstrable interest in the practical application of AI to improve project outcomes and drive efficiency. You will be responsible for utilizing a suite of powerful, AI-powered tools to manage complex projects, automate repetitive tasks, and provide real-time, transparent visibility into project progress for all stakeholders. What You’ll Do

• Utilize and configure sophisticated AI systems to manage complex and interdependent project workflows and to fully automate the generation and distribution of project reports, thereby freeing up our project managers to focus on more strategic and high-value tasks.
• Apply and refine predictive analytics models to proactively identify potential project bottlenecks, resource constraints, and other risks, allowing for timely and effective intervention and mitigation strategies.
• Integrate and manage a suite of task automation tools for streamlined communication and data documentation, thereby improving collaboration, reducing manual effort, and ensuring that everyone on the project team is always on the same page.
• Collaborate closely with senior managers and department heads to optimize cross-departmental coordination and communication, effectively breaking down silos and improving the seamless flow of information across the organization.
• Utilize AI to conduct a deep and insightful analysis of our project data and to identify key opportunities for process improvement, thereby continuously improving the way we manage and deliver projects.
• Develop and maintain a project dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides a clear, concise overview of project status.
