Landscape Account Manager

Are you passionate about customer service and great landscaping? Western Landscape Inc. is hiring a Landscape Account Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, oversee property care, and ensure our customers’ landscapes look their best all year round.
We offer competitive pay ($65,000–$90,000 + commission & bonuses) , full benefits, and a supportive team that values growth and development.
What You’ll Do
Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction
Proactively address property needs and resolve issues
Lead crews to deliver high-quality, on-time service
Prepare proposals and present solutions to clients
Represent Western Landscape at events and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of account management experience
1–2 years of crew or personnel management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Spanish and industry certifications a plus
