Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00hr/Estimated Effective Pay Rate w/ Tips: $26.00-$28.00hr

As a Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to leader for our team, ensuring smooth operations and creating an amazing guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver top-tier service.
• Assigning tasks and ensuring efficient shift coverage.
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Handling customer interactions with professionalism and positivity.
• Overseeing inventory, quality control, and loss prevention.
• Supporting hiring, promotions, and team development.
• Ensuring food safety and compliance with all regulations.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Leadership skills – You inspire and bring out the best in others.
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic–You thrive in a team-first environment.
• Experience in food & beverage operations – 2+ years preferred Ability to multi-task –You handle challenges with confidence.
• Knowledge of front & back-of-house operations – You know the ins and outs!
• Food handler’s card –Safety is key!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Lift and move up to 30 pounds.
• Use protective equipment as needed.
