Office Technician
- Operate central telephone system and screen calls
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
- Greet and assist visitors
- Perform Laserfiche scanning, linking, and file transfers
- Process copy requests and assist with file maintenance
- Word process and proofread correspondence and reports
- Provide support for vendorization and CDER coordination
- Compile data and assist in preparing reports
- Send out IFSPs, IPPs, RFIs, and other correspondence as directed
- Support student interns and clinical training sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

- High school diploma or equivalent (A.A. degree or business certificate may substitute for one year of experience)
- Minimum of two years of office experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Professional demeanor in both internal and public-facing roles
