Scheduling Manager Senior Home Care

The tasks for this job include:
- Manage all incoming calls Monday-Friday from 8:00-5pm.
- Answer phones in a friendly, professional attitude.
- Return all voicemails within 30 minutes.
- Check email and phone messages every 30-60 minutes.
- Be knowledgeable of company Policies and Procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospects.
- Manage caregiver/client schedules for all clients utilizing WellSky software.
- Update caregiver schedules on WellSky.
- Responsible for LTC billing and paperwork.
- Send daily report of activity and follow up needed.
- Assist with managing caregiving team on daily basis.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Administrator.
- Participate in rotating weekend on-call support to after phone hours service.

We are looking for a team member with a strong work ethic, problem solving ability and above all...compassion for seniors. Must have a minimum of 1 year caregiving experience and prior management experience preferred.

Strong sense of customer service
Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable with using technology
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change
Must be a team player
Ability to pass required pre-employment assessments and background test
