Description
The
Operations team within Apple TV Marketing is tasked with building
processes/workflows, managing budgets, and facilitating all creative production
in partnership with our creative teams. Within Operations, our Creative
Production Team works in lockstep with our Creative Directors, Producers and
Post Producers to ensure all video assets are produced in support of our Apple
TV content. The Creative Production Coordinator supports our workflows and
executional strategies, while maintaining schedules, budgets, deliverables, and
cross functional communication & asset distribution.
The ideal candidate is solutions-driven and not afraid to roll their sleeves up against a broad variety of tasks and responsibilities. With a keen focus on asset, tooling, and information management, the Creative Production Coordinator aids in asset management, file distribution, data entry and project management. Tasks include:
• Coordinate asset servicing for Major League Baseball, including intake of requests, liaison with Production Managers, system updates, ISCI code requests, and end-to-end follow-through across all phases of production.
• Coordinate day-to-day end card servicing workflows, including distribution of files and assets to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the health and accuracy of Airtable tracking tools, including updating records, cross-checking data, and maintaining visibility across multiple views.
• Triage and fulfill incoming internal requests, coordinating individual file deliveries and ensuring timely, accurate execution.
• Coordinate platform-building campaigns, supporting budget tracking, processing financial documentation, tracking assets, building workback schedules, and following through to final delivery.
• Support purchase order requests and financial tracking, including cost-to-date reporting and expense tagging within the project management system.
• Support Multi-Title and Special Projects, including Airtable tracking, delivery coordination for multi-title campaigns, special initiatives, and specialty category projects. Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing teams/campaigns
• Meticulous with details and an effective communicator, able to clearly convey information, anticipate needs, and ensure accuracy across all aspects of a project.
• Experience in entertainment marketing on an operations and/or a creative production team preferred.
• Knowledge of the video production and post-production process preferred
• Experience with Airtable for organizing and managing projects, tracking tasks, and maintaining databases in a collaborative environment. Advanced Airtable proficiency, a plus.
• Experience requesting purchase orders, reviewing agency billing and tracking budgets preferred.
• Experience coordinating AV assets for a marketing campaign.
• Experience using Excel to organize, analyze, and present data, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• The ability to positively collaborate in a creative environment across a wide variety of internal/external teams and individuals.
• A passion and excitement for entertainment, the creative process, and figuring out the “how” across a multitude of complex issues.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $42 to $46/hour
