Senior IS Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer asset tracking using CVS software systems.
- Provide staging, configuration, and bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware.
- Process all applicable warranty claims.
- Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
- Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Will train the right candidate how to do the job
Education/Experience:
- Technical individual with 2-year technical school and/or experience preferred.
- Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred.
