Senior RPA Engineer/Architect

The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Senior RPA Engineer/Architect with UiPath experience to work in San Diego, CA. This position supports our Navy customer and requires the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and coding solutions that are: secure, scalable, extensible, implementable, reusable, well-documented and sustainable.
• Working with the VP of Technology Solutions and applicable PMs
• Help drive the evolution of architecture solutions to keep up with changes in both technology and market need, and to meet delivery objectives by:
• Working with the individual development leads to continue to document & evolve the solution architecture
• Ensuring best practices are captured and communicated
• Guiding junior developers through skill & professional development
• Build, test, deliver, and run robotic automations using UiPath. Ensure implementation of automations are in line with industry standards & best practices.
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to identify automations and requirements.
• Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure compliance with requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline from accredited college/university.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering/development.
• Proven ability to contribute to technical architecture design that supports robust solutions, including experience with requirements management and technology selection.
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Experience of working within an Agile, continuous integration environment
• 5+ year of experience with UiPath
• 5+ year of experience with PKI secured systems
• 8+ year of experience with software development
• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

• Experience with Cloud environments

• Experience with the Navy
