Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist r esponsible for ensuring timely, accurate collection of outstanding receivables, maintaining clean aging reports, and supporting cashflow stability. This role combines customer communication, documentation accuracy, and escalation management. The ideal candidate is organized, assertive, detail driven, and comfortable owning a predictable, audit safe AR workflow. What You Will Need:

• 4+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related finance roles.
• Strong communication skills clear, concise, and professional.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Ability to remain calm, assertive, and solutions focused with customers.
• Strong follow through and ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Must have basic knowledge of accounting practices.
• Remote work not available for this position.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance billing, or service-based industries.
• Familiarity with lien rights, payment schedules, and insurance carrier billing processes.
• Ability to read job files and understand job status dependencies that affect invoicing.
• Basic knowledge of GIS order entry and AR systems (Epicor, Cash Collect) is a plus.

Total Rewards: $23.00 - $35.00 / HOUR
