Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $26 - $32 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Excavator Operator:

• Operate excavators and related heavy equipment to perform tasks such as trenching, grading, loading, and site preparation
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Follow safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to complete assigned tasks
• Monitor work progress and adjust equipment operations as necessary to meet project requirements
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar heavy equipment role
• Valid driver's license; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred
• Certification in heavy equipment operation (OSHA or equivalent) a plus
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and coordination
