Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote | WFH

Your Role:

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:

Provide Comprehensive Therapy: Offer high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, utilizing your expertise in individual, couples, and family therapy. You'll have the option to provide services virtually or in-person, depending on your preference and the client's needs.
Conduct Thorough Assessments and Develop Effective Treatment Plans: Utilize your clinical skills to conduct comprehensive assessments, accurately diagnose mental health conditions, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their goals.
Maintain Timely and Accurate Documentation: Ensure seamless continuity of care by completing electronic documentation promptly and accurately, within 72 hours of each session.
Manage Your Caseload and Thrive in a Supportive Environment: Effectively manage your caseload while maintaining a consistent and predictable schedule, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Utilize Evidence Based Practices: Implement client-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities in your daily work.

Generous Sign-On Bonus: Full-time clinicians are eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus, distributed over the first nine months of employment.
Competitive Compensation:
Full-time: Earn between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, with earning potential tied to your desired caseload (minimum of 25 clients per week). The base salary is included in this range.
Part-time: Enjoy a flexible schedule and earn $50 per hour, seeing between 10 and 24 clients per week (minimum 12 hours of availability required).

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking highly qualified and motivated clinicians who meet the following criteria:

Licensure: Must hold a valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist. Clinicians residing in other states where we operate may also be considered. (California residency is required for hybrid roles.)
Clinical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis intervention, ICD-10 coding, and treatment planning.
Technological Proficiency: Be comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.
Medicare Participation: Must not be opted out of Medicare.
Commitment to Client-Centered Care: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care.
