Senior Staff Accountant

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll be a key player in our finance team, ensuring smooth financial operations and accuracy in all transactions. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a passion for accounting within the real estate or property management sector. What You'll Do
Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing multiple entities using QuickBooks.
Accounts Oversight: Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Transaction Management: Oversee daily banking transactions and maintain organized financial records.
Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of internal reports with third-party records.
Administrative Support: Assist with financial reporting, audits, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Experience managing financials for multiple entities, especially in real estate or property management.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and financial software.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA designation is a plus.
At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Experience working with financial systems and databases.
Additional Details
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Los Angeles.
Remote work is not available for this role.
