Business Developer

Compensation: $120K – $180K (base + commission)Location: Peninsula Market What You’ll Do
- Work daily with your Sales Manager for coaching, support, and strategy.
- Prospect and network to uncover new commercial opportunities (BOMA, IFMA, BCN, referrals, etc.).
- Track activities, pipeline, and opportunities in our CRM — keeping clear notes for hand-offs and follow-through.
- Meet with property managers, boards, and stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions.
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-up habits.
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven role.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels (from property staff to executives).
- Experience in sales or account development (landscape industry experience a plus, but not required).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within your territory.
