HVAC Controls Technician
This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple jobs.
- Coordinates with mechanical contractors for installation.
- Complete commissioning and testing of systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair local controllers, communication wiring, and programs.
- Identify code issues.
- Train and mentor apprentices and more junior technicians to grow within the company.
Requirements:
- Completed Apprenticeship, Journeyman, OSHA, and other Certifications preferred.
- 4+ years of Controls Technician field experience in building controls and automation, including installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.
- Proficient in HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Systems
