Senior Admin Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Admin Coordinator for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This role provides high-level executive and administrative support to organizational leadership within a mission-driven nonprofit environment. The Senior Admin Coordinator will help create structure, consistency, and follow-through across a fast-moving team involved in publishing, production, curriculum, ministry initiatives, leadership resources, video training, church campaigns, and digital content. Key Responsibilities - Provide executive-level administrative support to organizational leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up.- Coordinate schedules, vendors, communications, documents, and project details across multiple initiatives.
- Help organize and track moving pieces related to publishing, production, curriculum, ministry, and digital content projects.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain documents, reports, meeting materials, and administrative records.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and ministry stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs, identify priorities, and help improve administrative processes for greater efficiency and consistency. Compensation and Benefits - Pay range: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to leadership.- Coordinate calendars, meetings, communications, vendors, and follow-through.
- Support administrative organization across publishing, curriculum, production, ministry, and digital content initiatives.
- Maintain documents, project details, and communication flow across multiple priorities. - 3 to 5 years of administrative, executive support, office coordination, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work proactively with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable supporting leaders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Strong document management, scheduling, coordination, and administrative problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams.
- Experience in a nonprofit, ministry, publishing, curriculum, media, or content-driven environment.
- Familiarity with coordinating projects involving books, devotionals, church campaigns, video training, leadership resources, or digital content.
- Strong comfort working with vendors, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
