Director, Quality
HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Director of Quality for a 390+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Daily operation of Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, and Accreditation
- Gap analysis and continuous survey readiness
- Supporting the organization’s mission and vision through planning, designing, and evaluating Performance Improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years’ progressive experience leading Quality in an acute care setting and experience leading successful TJC surveys; knowledge of all public reporting (Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al); knowledge of accreditation and licensing requirements.
- Licensure: CA RN license required
