Culture & Engagement Program Coordinator
The Opportunity: Culture & Engagement Program Coordinator
Support New Revolutionary Orientation by coordinating Day 1 logistics, preparing materials, assembling swag kits, and sending calendar invites.
Create and maintain weekly announcement slides, including new hire highlights, trivia updates, and lunch menu updates.
Draft, assemble, and publish Culture and New Hire newsletters, including gathering photos, transcribing fun facts, and building layouts in Canva.
Support culture programs, events, and communications that promote engagement, recognition, and connection across the organization.
Partner with the Organizational Development lead to support team and department offsites by coordinating logistics such as printing materials, preparing slide decks, setting up surveys and related resources.
Track attendance, post-session metrics, and participant feedback following team and department offsites in partnership with the Organizational Development lead.
Partner with HR team members to support projects and initiatives as needed.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
Comfortable handling confidential information and following company policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Experience creating content or communications for employee-facing programs.
Familiarity with Canva or other content design tools.
Interest in culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
