We're seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our growth-focused team. In this role, you'll work with company-provided leads and referral partners to help clients secure the right mortgage solutions for their financial goals. You'll build relationships with borrowers and Realtors, guide clients through the lending process, and leverage our proven systems and in-house support team to maximize your production.
- First-year earnings typically range from $100,000 to $200,000+

Responsibilities- Generate and manage mortgage opportunities from company-provided leads and referral sources
- Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, clients, and business partners
- Consult with borrowers and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
- Collect and review loan applications, disclosures, and supporting documentation
- Partner with the in-house processing team to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Consistently follow up with prospects, leads, and past clients
- Stay current on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry regulations
- Active NMLS License required
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
