• The Craft: Use your upper body strength to hand-press clay into precision molds, ensuring a perfect finish every time.

• The Flow: Engage in high-repetition work that keeps you moving throughout your shift.

• The Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• The Quality: Maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure every molded piece meets our high-quality standards.
