The Opportunity

As our Demand Negotiator in our Personal Injury Pre-litigation department, you will have the opportunity to negotiate the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.

Accountable for

• Evaluate bodily injury claims through medical records and legal documentation.
• Assess potential exposure.
• Identify potential issues that will enhance case value.
• Analyze the cost-effectiveness of litigation versus settlement.
• Proactively pursue settlement strategies.
• Correspond with clients, providers, and insurance companies.
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with processing case disbursement.
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.Â

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience negotiating bodily injury claims (plaintiff or defense).
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar preferred (not required).
• Ability to maintain professionalism while handling negotiations and communications with clients.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Type at least 40wpm.
• Able to maintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases.

Compensation

• $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
