Account Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Fresno, CA within the insurance industry. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is interested in building a long-term career in insurance support, client service, and agency operations.

The Account Technician will support assigned teams and agents with daily tasks related to maintaining existing business and helping secure new business. Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities - Support agents and internal team members with daily insurance service, processing, and administrative activities. - Prepare and update submission applications, supplemental applications, marketing files, and carrier submission materials. - Order and process loss runs, MVRs, change requests, verifications, endorsements, and related insurance documentation. - Maintain expiration lists, suspense items, carrier files, marketing databases, and loss run carrier information. - Prepare policies for client delivery and assist with certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, premium collection, and cancellation notices. - Generate routine correspondence and assist other team members or office departments as needed.
