Office Services Supervisor I (Typing)
Job Description and Duties
Under the general supervision of the Data Services Group Manager, a Supervisor I, the incumbent directly supervises five Office Assistants (General), and one Assistant Clerk responsible for receiving, sorting, copying, filing, purging, filling requests for and maintaining traffic collision files in support of the Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System (SWITRS). The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to headquarters staff and to over 1,200 allied agencies and stakeholders. This position interacts extensively with departmental staff, California Department of Transportation, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Special Requirements
- The position(s) require(s) the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications (link available in the additional documentation section). You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired. - The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
