Plumbing Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in helping customers, solving problems, and delivering top-tier service on every call.
Position Summary
The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and replacing residential plumbing systems while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and the ability to communicate solutions clearly with homeowners.
The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and confident in presenting repair and replacement options while maintaining high standards of workmanship and service.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and replacements on residential plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and provide clear, professional recommendations to homeowners.
- Educate customers on repair, replacement, maintenance, and upgrade options.
- Present estimates and discuss memberships, financing options, and available services when appropriate.
- Complete service documentation accurately in ServiceTitan and company systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment and company vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, installers, management, and customers throughout the service process.
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects company standards and values.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
