Medical Director
This long-standing clinic in one of California's most scenic communities is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to step into a Medical Director role with laid-back administrative responsibilities.
With a majority of clinical focus, and minimal administrative burden, this is a unique opportunity to step in as a leader in a community that truly relies on the care provided by this tight-knit clinic. Opportunity Highlights:• 2-3 day work week with flexible scheduling.
• Majority clinical scope with dedicated leadership and administrative time.
• Light Medical Director responsibilities with strong operational support.
• Competitive Compensation: $125-$150 per hour ($312,000 annualized at 40 hours/week).
• Eligible for part-time benefits, including health coverage, PTO, CME, 403(b), and relocation support. Living on California's Central Coast:
