Position Title: Office Manager
Department: Administration Reports To: CEO or designee
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all front office and lobby functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the building including Maintenace, upkeep, code drills, etc.

HOURS
8 per Day / 5 Days per Week. Exempt position
CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
- Oversee lobby and receptionists (Responsible for Lobby customer service and control, respond to all needs).
- Maintain/stock office equipment (Copiers, payphones, shredding services, etc.).
- Responsible for updating site signage, display cases, licenses, pamphlets, TTC documentation.
- EOC Co-chair, Emergency Mgt., Drill coordinator, parking lot supervision, camera monitoring. Works closely with EOC and other directors around fire life safety and other EOC standards under the Joint Commission.
- Oversee and supervise Materials Manager.
- Mail (sort & deliver incoming, post & mail outgoing, request funds for Reserve Account).
- Group & meeting room scheduler.
- Cell phone and toner recycling.
- Helps coordinate and maintain medical equipment inspection, calibration servicing and repair, first aid kits and inspection, reports documentation to EOC.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Director and/or Administration.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or G.E.D. One (1) continuous year of management in an institution, hospital, mental health, and/or chemical dependency setting.
