Salary: $140,000 - $220,000 per year A bit about us: We are a California-based law firm with over a century of excellence and we are seeking a talented Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role focuses on representing cities, counties, special districts, and public agencies in complex property transactions, development projects, and public-sector real estate matters. - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate and development agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, ground leases, easements, amendments, reciprocal access agreements, and property management contracts.
- Advise public and private clients on land use, zoning, common interest developments, affordable housing, housing trust funds, and related issues.
- Counsel clients on compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, Surplus Land Act, CEQA/NEPA, and other California housing and environmental laws.
