Asset Management Executive
Robert is seeking an experienced and proactive Asset Management Executive to oversee and optimize the company's asset portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of assets, ensuring their efficient utilization, maintenance, and compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with multiple departments to track asset performance, analyze risks, and implement strategies to maximize asset value and return on investment. Your keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills will support data-driven decision-making aimed at improving operational efficiency and minimizing costs. This position is critical in helping Robert maintain a robust and well-managed asset base that supports our business objectives and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the company’s asset portfolio, including acquisition, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure asset accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to optimize asset performance and lifecycle costs.
- Analyze asset data and generate reports to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Identify risks related to asset management and propose mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventory, condition, and location.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to asset management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in asset management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of asset management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
