Rep., Centralized Applicant Services ($26.73)

Position Summary:

The Representative, Centralized Applicant Services is responsible for the administrative processing of prospective tenant applications across the Apartments Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process prospective tenant applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Address applicant inquiries via phone and email. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns, identifying resolutions, and providing next steps.
• Adjust ledger charges in accordance with ongoing leasing specials.

Additional Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

• 0 - 2 years
