Pay Range: $17–$20 per hour AEO Powersports is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated PDI Technician to join our team in Murrieta, California —right in the heart of Southern California’s dirt bike and off-road hotbed. With year-round riding weather, constant customer demand, and a dealership backed by a top-level Supercross race team, our shop stays busy prepping new units for riders who can’t wait to hit the track or trail. - Perform pre-delivery inspections on new motorcycles and off-road units
- Assemble and set up new units per manufacturer guidelines
- Check fluids, torque specs, controls, and safety items
- Install basic accessories and components as needed
- Test systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Document completed inspections accurately
- Work closely with Service and Sales to meet delivery timelines
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Previous motorcycle or powersports experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to follow checklists and manufacturer procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
- Passion for dirt bikes and motorcycles is a bonus
- Hourly pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Consistent workload in a year-round riding market
