We are seeking full time and part time Multi-Site Security Officers.
Officers will be monitoring and patrolling different client sites on a variety of schedules. Sunday through Saturday 2nd shift and 3rd shift, must be willing to work rotating schedule.
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
Guard Card required
Pass background check and drug test
Must have reliable transportation
Previous experience in security, law enforcement or military background
Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
Weekends are required
Responsibilities:
Helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling the premise at a variety of client sites.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Security Officers observe and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Ability to effectively communicate with management, fellow officers, and occasionally clients.
Understanding the requirements necessary to deliver services that reflect company values, goals, and purpose
Communicate with team members and management effectively and in a timely manner, receiving and relaying feedback and executing follow-up as needed.
Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company's values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
The ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations.
Consistently communicates and promptly reports any customer or property related information and concerns.
Responsible for the care of any equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices, etc.
Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner
Manage daily activities while meeting expectations set by the Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.
Communicate with the Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Supervisor such as the client needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Benefits
Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
