- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in aerospace sales with a strong technical foundation
- Experience supporting OEMs, Airlines, and/or MRO customers
- Strong background in aerospace components and systems
- Proven ability to solve technical customer challenges in collaboration with engineering teams
- Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently (50%+)
- Authorization to work in the United States and eligibility for export control requirements
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve bookings and revenue targets
- Drive new business development across OEMs, Airlines, MROs, and sub-tier suppliers
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams
- Capture customer requirements and translate them into engineered solutions
- Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, applications, and system integration
- Manage and expand long-term customer relationships throughout the Americas
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
