Join our mission-driven team as a Transportation Dispatcher and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need it most. Your Role & ImpactThe transportation dispatcher is responsible for coordinating transportation to and from our TrueCare sites. He/she is responsible for working with outside vendors to provide them with patient locations to ensure timely arrival to medical appointments. He/she is also responsible providing high quality customer service to all patients while working with them to set up transportation services. The transportation dispatcher also works closely with clinic front desk staff to keep them informed of any delays in transportation for patients who are scheduled. What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- A minimum of one (2) years’ experience of over-the-phone customer service.
- Computer literacy working with PC based software applications and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Available to work a Tuesday through Saturday shift.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.

The pay range for this role is $23 - $32.20 on an hourly basis.
