Pay Rate: $26/hour.

Schedule & Availability:

• PM Shift, full time, Wednesday-Sunday 4:45PM-12:45AM
• Part-Time.

What You’ll Need:

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• 2+ years of culinary experience in upscale environments.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens (hotels, fine dining, catering, country clubs, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and prep standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining presentation and quality.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet hot and cold dishes.
• Execute recipes with precision and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Support lounge service and catering during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and Chinese language preferred.
• Ability to rotate around noodle bar, hot and cold food stations.
• Comfortable interacting with guests.
• Upscale customer service skills.
