Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job

TLC Nursing
Lodi, CA
Embark on a dynamic journey as a Travel Registered Nurse on Telemetry in California’s thriving healthcare landscape. This role places you at the front line of patient care, where expert monitoring, swift clinical judgment, and clear, empathetic communication drive outcomes for patients navigating complex conditions. You’ll be part of a committed team delivering precise telemetry oversight, continuous assessment, and coordinated care that helps patients stabilize and flourish. As you prepare to begin on December 15, 2025, you’ll have the chance to influence individual lives while supporting families and communities through moments of vulnerability and resilience. Beyond the hospital walls, California’s beauty beckons—golden sunsets over the Central Valley, the lush savannahs of wine country near Lodi, the dramatic coastlines, the awe of the Sierra Nevada, and the vibrant cultural tapestry that makes each assignment a unique experience. In this state of innovation and opportunity, your nursing expertise will shine, and you’ll be part of a network that values your skill, your voice, and your growth.

Location Benefits: Lodi, California, sits in the heart of one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions, offering you a rich blend of professional momentum and enjoyable downtime. Work in a community renowned for hospitality, safety, and a supportive healthcare infrastructure that understands the unique needs of telemetry patients. Lodi provides convenient access to Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area for weekend getaways, outdoor adventures, and cultural excursions, while still letting you unwind in a calmer, close-knit setting after shifts. The broader California landscape invites you to experience diverse clinical environments—from urban teaching hospitals to community facilities—that challenge and expand tele nursing competencies. This assignment also presents the potential to collaborate with facilities that participate in national rolling rotations, granting you exposure to varied patient populations and case mixes. If you’re drawn to exploring more of the U.S., the program offers opportunities to work in multiple locations, enriching your professional network and broadening your clinical repertoire while maintaining the supportive framework of a dedicated travel partner.

Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Telemetry RN on assignment, you’ll monitor and interpret telemetry readings, assess patients’ evolving conditions, and respond promptly to alarms or changes in status. You’ll perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, manage IV lines and medications according to orders, coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families about disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. You’ll interpret rhythm strips, detect subtle changes, intervene when needed, and document all care and outcomes precisely in the electronic health record. The role offers meaningful professional growth within telemetry, with pathways to advanced certifications, leadership opportunities, and cross-training across related units. You’ll have access to a robust benefits package that includes a competitive weekly pay range of $1,815 to $1,896, with potential for supplements such as a sign-on bonus and extension opportunities based on performance and facility demand. Housing assistance is available to ease transition, and you’ll enjoy the flexibility of contract extensions to align with your career goals. The program is designed to support you comprehensively on the road, including 24/7 assistance from dedicated travel coordinators, clinical hotlines, and on-call support to resolve issues quickly and smoothly, ensuring you always feel connected no matter where you are. This position acknowledges that hours can vary and guarantees are not always provided; however, you’ll typically find consistent weekly compensation aligned with the scope of the assignment and the defined pay range.

Company Values: Our partner organizations are built on a foundation of empowerment, respect, and collaboration. They are committed to nurturing your career trajectory, providing ongoing education, mentorship, and clear pathways to advancement. The work environment emphasizes a supportive culture where your clinical judgment is trusted, your ideas are welcomed, and teamwork is essential. You’ll be part of a community that prioritizes patient-centered care, ethical practice, and the well-being of providers as they deliver transformative outcomes for patients and families across diverse settings.

Call to Action: If you’re ready to elevate your telemetry skills, diversify your professional experience, and join a company that places your development and well-being at the forefront, apply now. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully while exploring California’s charm and the broader U.S. healthcare landscape through a supportive, growth-driven travel program. Your expertise can light the way for patients today and shape your trajectory for tomorrow.
