Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspect various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Experience in reporting mechanical issues
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site at customer locations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in forklift technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or related field preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of forklift operation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
