Solutions Administrator
Solutions Administrator – ConnectWise (CRM) Training & Adoption
Location: San Diego, California Reports To: Vice President of Operations Works With: ConnectWise Manager and Operations Manager
About the Role
Ranch & Coast Security is implementing the ConnectWise platform across every department — sales, operations, inventory, and field service. The system has been fully set up and designed; now we’re looking for a motivated Solutions Administrator who will master the system and train our entire team to use it confidently and consistently. This is a hands-on, companywide role that bridges technology and operations. The Solutions Administrator will follow Natalie Dawson’s “Tell Me, Show Me, Let Me, Coach Me” approach—teaching and coaching every team member until they’re confident using ConnectWise in their daily work. You’ll become our in-house ConnectWise expert, teaching and supporting every employee — from sales staff to technicians — to ensure we gain full value from our investment in the platform.
What You’ll Do
Learn all aspects of ConnectWise workflows already built for our organization.
Serve as the company’s ConnectWise power user and primary trainer.
Conduct individual and group training sessions for sales, operations, inventory, and field teams.
Reinforce standard operating procedures and ensure data is entered accurately.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and troubleshooting to improve user adoption.
Partner with the ConnectWise Manager and Operations Manager to monitor compliance and performance.
Audit system data for accuracy and report usage metrics to the Vice President of Operations.
After full adoption, expand into additional duties such as system pre-configuration (preparing alarm, fire, access control, and video systems for installation) and project coordination.
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of experience in operations, training, or multi-departmental coordination.
Strong communication and teaching skills — patient, clear, and organized.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn complex software systems.
Experience with ConnectWise, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
Background in physical security, low-voltage, or technical services industries is highly desirable.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites for on-site training and support.
Why Join Us
• Opportunity to lead a major technology adoption initiative companywide.
• Direct impact on efficiency, communication, and customer experience.
• Work closely with senior leadership on an essential operational project.
• Salary Range: $55,000 + (base, commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Health insurance · 401K Retirement plan
• Paid time off ·
• Mileage reimbursement
• Performance incentives based on training completion, user adoption, and data accuracy.
What Success Looks Like
• Every employee understands and uses ConnectWise accurately and confidently.
• Data integrity improves companywide, enabling better visibility and decision-making.
• Standardized workflows are followed across departments.
• The Solutions Administrator becomes the go-to expert for ConnectWise training and support — and grows into future responsibilities in system pre-configuration and project coordination.
How to Apply
If you’re an organized, tech-savvy communicator who enjoys helping people learn and thrive in new systems, we’d love to meet you. Apply now with your resume and a brief note on your experience training teams or managing technology adoption projects.
