Outside Sales Brand Ambassador

We are associated with over 1,500 brands that are popular among its customers and are currently serving millions of users. This growth has allowed us to open 6 distribution locations in major cities in the US, with ongoing R&D locally in Arcadia, CA , as well as internationally. Now iKrusher is looking to expand into different markets in California, and eventually nationwide. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors Outside Sales to help us with iKrusher's venture into new and exciting business endeavors. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Submits proposals by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Services existing accounts obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Going out on set appointments of inbound callers who are interested. Mostly working with Smoke Shops and Vape Shops.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Attends department and company meetings.
  • Monitors competition by gathering information on pricing, products, & marketing.
  • Follows company procedures related to the sales process and other company policies.
  • Conducts on-site customer visits with potential new and existing customers.
  • Manages sales volume with an existing group of customers, and prospects successfully to expand the customer base.
  • Forecasts, prospects, and bids for a new business to include customers, markets, and additional service opportunities.
  • Maintains existing and builds new customer partnerships. Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers through in-person visits and cold calls.
  • Expedites customer requests, resolution of complaints, and development of new business.
  • Performs other job duties as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Candidate must have problem-solving aptitude and must be results-oriented.
  • Has consistently met or exceeded sales quotas and targets.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting weekly detailed sales reports.
  • Prior experience working with Smoke Shops, D8 space, and CBD space is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail in keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships.
  • Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns.
  • Strong public speaking skills to present products or services to customers.
  • Experience in supporting the company's growth and profitability strategy, by becoming a brand ambassador and an advocate for our diverse product lines.
  • Ability to position the company as a valuable resource to potential clients.
  • Able to work some weekends if needed.
  • Be coachable.
  • The candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong written skills.
  • Prior sales and/or business development experience preferred.
  • Self-starter mindset preferred.
Travel Requirements:
  • Dependable transportation to get to and from meetings.
  • Able to travel and attend Trade Shows, and networking events after work hours or on weekends.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
Position: Full-time Salary + Bonus/Commission. Benefit:
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
  • Sick pay is earned from the date of hire and is eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
  • 7 paid holidays per year.
  • Eligible for 401K plan after 90 days of employment.
  • Begin to earn 1 week of vacation time after 3 months of employment.
  • Full mileage reimbursement.
