***Requirements***
- 1 year experience with reverse logistics.
- Experience with Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Comfortable around a computer.
- Familiar with spreadsheets and google docs (Optional)
- Experience with communicating took such as teams (Optional)
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
****Receiving, Inbounds, and Returns Associate Duties***
Reverse Logistics (Returns Processing)
- Receive and process small parcel returns.
- Look up return details in the Order Management System (OMS) .
- Inspect returned items and determine their condition:
- New – Can be restocked as sellable inventory.
- Open/Used – Requires further assessment for resale, refurbishment, or disposal.
- Store returned inventory in the appropriate locations based on condition.
- Document return issues:
- Write detailed notes describing damage or defects.
- Take pictures and upload them to the OMS for record-keeping.
Receiving Shipments (Inbound Processing)
- Locate and verify incoming shipments within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) .
- Report the received quantities and compare them with expected shipments.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues, such as:
- Damages caused by carriers – Must be documented and reported immediately.
- Shortages or overages – Ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Apply billable services to inbound shipments when required, including:
- Receiving fees per carton
- Shrink wrapping per pallet
- Inspection and quality control
- Image capture for documentation
