Under the supervision of the Associate Printing Plant Superintendent (APPS), the Analyst I in the Office of State Publishing Digital Print and Mailing Services (DP&MS) unit will perform analytical functions of average difficulty. The areas of responsibility include independent preparation of daily, and monthly reports and coordination of billing information for mass mail customers; provide staff support for the Digital Print and Mailing Services; perform a variety of duties for the federally mandated Child Support Enforcement (CSE). Duties will incorporate customer consulting on various planning and implementation aspects of this new system.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. The Department of General Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes.
