Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Cold Storage Supervisor r esponsible for overseeing daily cold storage operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and adherence to safety and food safety standards. This role is accountable for meeting daily and weekly operational goals while maintaining efficient storage practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays are required depending on business need.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English, required.
• Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience in food production, warehousing, or cold storage operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Total Rewards: $70,304 - $80,000 / YEAR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
