Primary Care Physician

We have three levels of primary care traditional primary care, E365 primary care, and concierge primary care. Â We dont have any openings in concierge primary care at this time. Â We do have E365 openings (and traditional primary care). Â E365 is a membership practice, with members paying about $700 per year to join depending on age. Â We do bill insurance for medical services provided. Â These doctors dont see patients in the hospital or give patients their cell phone numbers, like concierge physicians do. Â They do respond to secure portal communication with their patients within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays), and patients are assured of 1 hour new and half hour follow up appointments. Â We keep their panel sizes smaller.Â
