The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.
Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.
After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.
About this role:
The General Manager of Hospitality at Atria Institute is a key leadership role driving excellence across all aspects of daily operations. You will lead a talented hospitality team to deliver outstanding member experiences from the moment they arrive to their departure, overseeing menu programming, purchasing, receiving, hiring, training, and overall facility operations. You’ll also ensure the flawless execution of special moments that make Atria truly exceptional.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Management and execution of curated hospitality moments for Atria members
- Leadership, training, hiring, scheduling and oversight of hospitality operations
- Support regular performance reviews with team members
- Lead daily line-ups and participate in interdisciplinary meetings
- Maintain and train team with the highest standards of food, service, health and safety
- Support Events with staffing and execution for all event activations
- Curate thoughtful food and beverage offerings for members and gift amenities for ongoing member engagements
- Estimate food and amenity needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies within the hospitality budget
- Maintain operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistency, productivity and quality
- Managing hospitality teams time off requests, hourly payroll and overtime within budget
- Daily management of hospitality service flow for Atria’s members & reorganization of room assignments as needed
- Learn and understand the fundamentals of all clinical testing available at Atria
- Direct and alert hospitality services team on each members’ appointment details and testing and how this impacts the service of food & beverage service, ie: fasting, full bladder, etc.
- Immediate responsibilities will include managing the team to execute daily hospitality operations, liaising with member updating member manuals & training guides, maintaining & creating necessary spreadsheets for inventory and ordering, curating amenities, hiring, and training staff, and assisting the Director of Hospitality with all aspects of running a world-class healthcare institution
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

- Exceptional people leader with a proven track record of building, inspiring, and managing high-performing teams; genuinely passionate about developing others and fostering a positive culture
- Previous experience in customer service or luxury hospitality, preferably within a healthcare or high-end service environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each member
- Gracious, hands-on leader who leads by example and cultivates excellence across the team
- Warm and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for Atria’s members
- Able to operate with speed, composure, and grace in high-pressure situations

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- On-site role based in Beverly Hills, CA 5 days/week
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a clinical or hospitality operations management experience
- Passion for accuracy, investing in customer relationships, and protecting confidential information
- Adaptability and flexibility within working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- Leadership experience in hospitality, including recruiting and retaining staff
- Deep knowledge of hospitality for top tier food and beverage operations
