Nurse Manager II - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Nurse Manager II – Labor & Delivery (L&D) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology.

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams
- Manage staffing, resources, and budgets
- Handle patient concerns and improve care delivery processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of L&D leadership experience (ANM or Department Manager)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
- Active California RN License
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Experience in high-volume L&D units (400+ deliveries/month)

- Bonus: Up to 15% annually
