Senior Superintendent

GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

A Senior Superintendent position in Tracy, CA is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
• Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Oversee quality control.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Train craft workers.
• Mentor Superintendents.
• Pay range between $160,000 to $190,000

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
• 10 Plus years of water and waste water construction expereince with a self-performing gerneral contractor.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.
