Sales and Marketing Specialist

Four-Season Travel is a rapidly growing tourism operator that provides charter bus services, inbound and outbound tour operations, and bus maintenance. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service, top-of-the-line buses, and exceptional tour experience for all travel needs.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help take our growth to the next level. The ideal candidate will be extremely positive with excellent communication skills, demonstrated sales and people management and leadership ability. Other requirements include professionalism, marketing creativity, a strong work ethic and an understanding of the importance of providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee that marketing initiatives are consistent with the availability and scheduling of buses.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to advertise charter bus services, inbound and outbound excursions, and supplementary services.
- Perform market research to ascertain competitive positioning, customer preferences, and trends.
- Manage social media, website content, and other digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the design and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, event organizers, corporate clients, and other key partners.
- Effectively adapts to various competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Travel locally, as necessary, for outside sales calls, industry events, and networking events.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing support role (transportation experience preferred).
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus.
- Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
